Great news for Elephants fans. Evan Ndicka is finally available. After sustaining an injury with his club Roma on May 17, the 26-year-old defender missed the preparation period as well as the opening two World Cup qualifiers against Ecuador (1-0) and Germany (2-1).

Emerse Faé confirmed the news during a press conference: "Evan Ndicka is ready for tomorrow's match. He can play." Roma’s defensive rock is strongly tipped to start against Curaçao.

This season, Ndicka has made 42 appearances for Roma, netting 5 goals. Renowned for his aerial prowess and composure when building from the back, he brings much-needed assurance to the defensive line. Ivory Coast regains one of its pillars at a crucial moment, just before the decisive clash with Curaçao for a spot in the World Cup Round of 16.
