The "Lions of Teranga" arrived in Canada yesterday, but without El Abdoulaye Seck. According to the Senegalese press, the national team's video analyst will not be traveling with the squad for their third group stage match against Iraq on Friday.

El Abdoulaye Seck joined the technical staff just a few days ago to bolster the coaching team after the heavy 1-3 defeat to France. At the request of coach Pape Thiaw, his role was seen as crucial for opponent analysis and meticulous match preparation.

His legal status is in order

His absence is raising questions, according to Wiwsport. While several officials, including the team photographer and communications director, did not receive visas for this crucial trip, Seck's legal status is fully in order. According to the Senegalese outlet, citing journalist Ibrahima Sene, the "Lions of Teranga" video analyst holds a valid visa.
The reasons for his absence remain unknown.
