The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) has unveiled the crucial deadlines for submitting player lists for the 2026 World Cup.

The 48 participating teams must submit a provisional squad list containing between 35 and 55 players no later than May 13, 2026.

The final squad, consisting of 23 to 26 players, must be submitted before June 1, which is FIFA's official deadline.

Senegal

Clubs are required to release their players starting May 25, 2026, allowing them to join their national teams and properly prepare for the tournament.

The 2026 World Cup, the first to feature 48 teams, will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026, across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
