Mohamed Wahbi announced the squad list
Mohamed Ouahbi, the head coach of the Atlas Lions, is scheduled to hold a press conference on Wednesday 4 November at 11 am at the Mohammed V Complex, where he will reveal his squad list.
Reports indicate that the Moroccan selection is expected to include two significant comebacks. Reda Belahyane, the Lazio midfielder, and Youssef En-Nesyri, the Al-Ittihad centre-forward, are both tipped to be part of this double-header. Belahyane has previously been called up once, back in 2024, while En-Nesyri ranks among the national team's most established figures, with 92 caps to his name.
Both fixtures will be played on Moroccan soil. The first encounter is set for 13 November at the Mohammed V Complex in Casablanca, while the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat will host the second match on 17 November.
