Alisson Becker has been named in the UEFA Champions League Team of the Week after his heroic performance in Liverpool’s 1 - 0 victory over Paris Saint Germain in the 1st leg of the Round of 16.

Alisson’s Unforgettable Night

The Brazilian goalkeeper produced outstanding display making 9 crucial save to deny PSG equalizer. Reflecting on the match, Alisson called it “the game of his life.” UEFA technical observer stated “PSG dominated the match completely, created numerous chances but liverpool won thanks to one man, Alisson Becker”

Midfield Maestro Pedri & Barca’s Resilience

Barcelona’s Pedri also earned spot in the best XI after dictating play despite his team being reduced to 10 men early on in their 1 - 0 win over Benfica.
