Al-Riyadh: Mohamed Konaté close to an exit

Burkinabè striker Mohamed Konaté is expected to leave Al-Riyadh this summer.

Although he only joined Al-Riyadh in August 2024, Mohamed Konaté is already on his way out. With 4 goals and one assist in 27 appearances, the Burkinabè international has not lived up to the expectations of the Saudi club, which is now looking to part ways with him.

Konaté is under contract with Al-Riyadh until 2027. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at €2.3 million.

It remains to be seen whether any club will be willing to pay that amount to secure Konaté’s services.
