AS Monaco: Krépin Diatta set to leave

Senegal international Krépin Diatta is now on the verge of leaving AS Monaco this summer.

Having arrived in January 2021 from Club Brugge, Krépin Diatta is now one of the veterans in the AS Monaco dressing room. However, after a more mixed season last year, the Senegalese winger is very close to an exit. According to Foot Mercato, all parties have reached a general agreement to end his stint in Monaco by September 1.

The Senegalese star will be out of contract in a year. His ability to play in multiple positions on both the right and left flanks (as a winger or full-back), along with his experience at the highest level for both club and country, are likely to make him a prime target for many European clubs.
