Cameroon: Marc Brys once again takes aim at Samuel Eto'o

Since being sacked, Marc Brys has continued to take shots at Samuel Eto'o, president of FECAFOOT.

Fired by the head of the Cameroonian Football Federation Samuel Eto'o ahead of AFCON 2025, Marc Brys, the former coach of the Indomitable Lions, has not held back in criticizing the Cameroonian legend. In a recent interview with Afrik Foot, the Belgian manager once again targeted the ex-captain of the Indomitable Lions.

"Eto’o sidelined key players, leaders, because it was obviously him who made this squad list. How can you go into such a tournament without a world-class goalkeeper, or without Aboubakar? Because these are players with strong personalities, who stand up to the president. It's incredible, but it doesn't surprise me coming from someone so narcissistic, who thinks he's the most handsome," explained the Belgian coach.
