The Fennecs’ head coach believes in his team’s ability to pull off a feat, while reminding everyone that his squad will need a flawless performance to compete with the reigning world champions.

Just hours before the highly anticipated duel between Algeria and Argentina at the 2026 World Cup, Vladimir Petkovic exuded a mix of respect, ambition, and calm. The Fennecs’ boss has faith in his squad’s chances, but he’s also well aware of the power and pedigree of the defending champions.
