Deal reached, Amine Adli set to join Bournemouth for €29 million
Amine Adli / Bayer Leverkusen

Amine Adli is on the verge of experiencing the Premier League. The Moroccan attacking midfielder is leaving Bayer Leverkusen to join AFC Bournemouth in a transfer valued between €29 and €30 million.

The Moroccan international is closer than ever to starting a new chapter in his career after four successful seasons in Germany. Bayer Leverkusen and Bournemouth have reached an agreement for Amine Adli, who will undergo his medical in the coming hours. The Cherries will pay an initial fee of €21 million plus €9 million in add-ons, with some bonuses considered difficult to achieve by observers.

The English club outpaced the competition to secure the services of the Moroccan international. Marseille and Sunderland had also shown interest in the Toulouse-born player, but the Cherries managed to convince him with their sporting project. Bayer Leverkusen has given the green light for Adli to complete his medical examination.
