FC Barcelona: Anthony Gordon reveals one of the Catalans' strengths

If FC Barcelona are on fire at the start of this season, it is partly thanks to one of their standout summer signings, Anthony Gordon. The England international has even revealed a secret.

Having joined FC Barcelona this summer, Anthony Gordon (25, 7 appearances in all competitions this season) believes that his understanding of the game is one of his main strengths. Indeed, in an interview with El País, the English forward considers this quality essential to establishing himself in Hansi Flick's team.

"I feel that my intelligence as a footballer is my most underrated attribute. And I think that's why I can play for Barça. Because in this team, if you're not intelligent, you're lost. You have to make the right decisions all the time, otherwise you find yourself in difficulty," said the former Newcastle player.
