FC Valencia: Umar Sadiq Set to Stay!

Arriving on loan at FC Valencia last January, Nigerian prodigy Umar Sadiq quickly won over the Spanish club. Initially scheduled to leave at the end of the season, the Valencia management now wants to keep him and is expected to soon begin negotiations with Real Sociedad.

Originally, Valencia sought to bolster its attack while offering playing time opportunities to the striker from the Super Eagles of Nigeria. His six-month loan was meant to be a temporary solution, but his performances have changed the game.

Sadiq, who scored five goals in ten matches, has established himself as a key player for the team. His offensive efficiency and impact on the game have impressed the Che club, which is now considering a permanent transfer.

FC Valencia Ready to Break the Bank for Sadiq!

To achieve this, FC Valencia can rely on the purchase option included in the loan, set at 10 million euros. An affordable amount for a player who has brought new hope to a struggling team.

For its part, Real Sociedad, which never fully exploited his potential, is unlikely to oppose his departure.

The only thing remaining is to convince Umar Sadiq himself, but all signs point to him extending his adventure at Mestalla.
