Golden Boy 2025: Mbappé's congratulatory message to Désiré Doué

Kylian Mbappé has sent a message to Désiré Doué, winner of the 2025 Golden Boy award.

It’s official: Désiré Doué has been crowned Golden Boy 2025. This comes after a historic season with PSG. Désiré Doué is reveling in his crowning achievement while working hard to regain full fitness on the pitch. The Frenchman is still recovering from a right thigh injury picked up during an away match in Lorient on October 29. As a result, he remains in rehabilitation, with no exact return date set yet.

Kylian Mbappé, his captain for the French national team, made sure to congratulate him on his stellar season and wished him a speedy recovery. “Congratulations, crack. Fully deserved!!! Enjoy, recover well and come back to us soon,” wrote the Real Madrid striker on his Instagram story.
