Luis Enrique wants to quickly put Achraf Hakimi's 2025 African Ballon d'Or win behind him.

This year, PSG swept everything. Ballon d'Or, African Ballon d'Or, Asian Ballon d'Or, Golden Boy, Yachine Trophy—the Parisian players left nothing for their rivals. Last Wednesday, it was Achraf Hakimi who joined the long list of Parisians honored after the club's historic year.

But Luis Enrique is eager to put the team's collective focus back at the heart of the game. Speaking to the press on Friday, the Spanish tactician expressed little enthusiasm for all the noise generated by these individual awards. "I'm a bit worried about the noise I hear around the team and the awards given to players. This is a team sport; you have to be ready to work as a unit. Individual accolades don't interest me. I'm a bit concerned because I don't want to talk about the past. Fewer awards and more focus on what we want to achieve." declared the Spanish coach.
