Football fans across the globe are holding their breath ahead of the much-anticipated Clásico between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, as the Spanish Super Cup final unfolds in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

FC Barcelona booked their ticket to the final with a commanding semi-final performance, demolishing Athletic Bilbao 5-0. The goals came from Ferran Torres (22'), Fermín López (30'), Roony Bardghji (34'), and a brace from Brazilian winger Raphinha (38', 52').

For their part, Real Madrid secured their place in the final after a hard-fought 2-1 victory over city rivals Atlético Madrid, in a match that remained tense and undecided right up to the final whistle.
