The Marcus Rashford situation could quickly turn into a real headache for FC Barcelona. On loan this season, the English winger is attracting mounting interest, but Manchester United has no intention of making any concessions to the Catalan club.

According to Sport, the Manchester United board believes that the £26 million buyout clause is already well below the player's true market value. As such, there’s no question of offering any sort of discount.

Still according to the Catalan outlet, Manchester United has even warned that if Barça doesn't pay the full amount, all negotiations will immediately be called off. The English club considers that other suitors are ready to match—or even outbid—the offer to land Rashford as early as next summer.
