This contract extension was confirmed by the club on its official X account (formerly Twitter) with a straightforward post: "Naim Sliti continues with Al-Shamal until 2027."
The signing of the new contract took place in the presence of Mishal Maqbel Al-Ali, president of the club’s football section, as well as Ahmed Al-Sadah, vice-president.

With a wealth of experience, Naim Sliti has shone for several years with the Tunisian national team, the Carthage Eagles, notably taking part in the 2022 World Cup held in Qatar. Before joining Al-Shamal, he played for Al-Ahli (Qatar) and Al-Ettifaq (Saudi Arabia), not to mention his European career, highlighted by stints at Dijon and Lille in France’s Ligue 1.
