Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah's on the verge of setting a historic Premier League record after another stellar performance in the 2 - 0 victory over Manchester City on Sunday.

The Egyptian superstar scored once and assisted another in Liverpool’s triumph over City, bringing his total contributions this season to 41 (25 goal, 16 assist).

According to Transfermarkt, Salah's now ranked 7th in the all time list of most goal contributions in single Premier League season.
