Chérif Ndiaye has officially joined Samsunspor this Saturday, September 13, 2025. The Senegalese striker is making a definitive departure from Red Star Belgrade after two prolific years and heads back to the Turkish Super Lig, where he already played for four seasons.

Red Star Belgrade confirmed the exit of their star forward in an official statement. The Serbian club paid tribute to a player who left a mark on the club’s recent history with his outstanding performances. Chérif Ndiaye tallied 103 matches and scored 50 goals in the colors of the Serbian side.

The Senegalese striker Chérif Ndiaye was unveiled by Samsunspor as their newest attacking addition. The Turkish club, competing in the Süper Lig, announced a four-year contract with the player, further bolstering their attacking force.
