Official: Maher Kanzari takes charge of Espérance de Tunis!

The leader of the Tunisian football championship, Espérance Sportive de Tunis, has signed a contract with coach Maher Kanzari (59), as announced on the official page of the Bab Souika club.

In a statement, the club said:

"The management of Espérance Sportive de Tunis informs that it has finalized the contract with coach Maher Kanzari, who will take charge of the first football team. Additionally, the technical staff has been strengthened with assistant coaches Ghassan Bouchareb and Sami Zmeit."

Kanzari returns to coach EST after 12 years

Kanzari had previously managed the "red and yellow" team in the past, specifically during the 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 seasons. He oversaw 28 matches in various competitions, where the team achieved 18 victories, conceded 5 defeats, and secured 5 draws.

Espérance de Tunis also announced this Monday the end of the contract of Romanian coach Laurentiu Reghecampf and his technical staff.

The club expressed its sincere thanks to the entire technical staff, particularly Mr. Laurentiu Reghecampf, for their work during their management of the first football team's sports destinies and wished them good luck in their future sporting adventures.
