Premier League Club Opens Talks with Xavi for Managerial Role

Premier League club's initiated negotiations with former Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez who previously announced his decision to take break until the end of the season.

After parting ways with Barcelona last season, Xavi was replaced by German coach Hansi Flick. Recently, his name's resurfaced as candidate for several managerial positions.

According to Relivo journalist Matteo Moretto, Premier League club has officially begun talks with Xavi regarding potential managerial role for next season, Moretto refrained from revealing the club’s identity, stating “If negotiations progress in the coming days, I'll disclose the name”

Manchester United’s Interest

Reports previously linked Xavi to Manchester United as replacement for Erik ten Hag but he declined to take over midseason. Instead, the Red Devils appointed Ruben Amorim from Sporting CP.

Xavi’s Managerial Experience

At 45 year old, Xavi's managed 2 team Al Sadd in Qatar and Barcelona spending approximately 2 and half years at each club. His next step in coaching remains topic of intrigue as negotiations continue.
