Salah Shatters Records! Liverpool Star Destroys Man City and Makes Premier League History

Mohamed Salah wasted no time in making impact as he opened the scoring for Liverpool against Manchester City in their Premier League clash on Sunday. Just 14 minute into the match, Salah fired low shot that deflected off defender before finding the net.

According to Squawka Salah has become the 1st player in EPL history to record 40 goal contributions in 2 different seasons. He first achieved this feat in the 2017 /18 campaign with 42 contributions and he's now reached 40 this season.

Squawka also reported that Salah's the 1st player across Europe’s top 5 leagues to be involved in 50 goal in all competitions this season, further cementing his status as one of the world’s top attackers.

So far Salah's netted 25 PL goals while providing 15 assist. BBC also highlighted that across all competitions, the egyptian has tallied 30 goal and 20 assist, bringing his total goal contributions to 50.

With Salah continuing to break records, he remains crucial figure in Liverpool’s title chase and european ambitions this season.
