Saudi Arabia: Darwin Nuñez wants to flee Al-Hilal!

Darwin Nuñez's Saudi adventure could be cut short. After being shown the door by Liverpool, the Uruguayan striker joined Al-Hilal for €53 million, seemingly ready to revive his career under Simone Inzaghi. In 11 appearances across all competitions, he has netted 5 goals and provided 2 assists, delivering flashes of the clinical finishing fans had hoped for.

But according to the Mirror, the 25-year-old forward is already considering leaving the club. The English outlet reports that he wants to "slam the door" just months after his arrival, a sign that his discomfort persists despite his on-field contributions.

River Plate are said to be monitoring the situation closely and are reportedly exploring the possibility of bringing Nuñez back to South America. The big question now is whether Al-Hilal, who made such a major investment, will be willing to negotiate such an early exit.
