This European club is interested in Karim Benzema

Karim Benzema, 38, could soon be leaving Saudi Arabia to be closer to his family. After refusing to play for Al-Ittihad, the striker appears ready to close the chapter on his Saudi adventure.

According to several Turkish media outlets, Besiktas has shown interest in the former Real Madrid goal scorer. An intermediary is said to have already presented the player to the Istanbul club. For now, there has been no concrete progress and the transfer is far from finalized.

The main obstacle remains the cost: Benzema's annual salary would be €20 million, and he is also demanding a significant share of shirt sales, which is holding back the Turkish club's management. Benzema could still compete at the highest level for another season, but his future remains uncertain.
