Top 10 national team coaches of 2024, only one African!

Émerse Faé, head coach of Ivory Coast, has secured fifth place in the ranking of the best national team coaches in 2024, according to the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS), after leading his squad to Africa Cup of Nations glory.

Faé collected 18 points, placing him fifth behind Luis de la Fuente, Spain's manager and winner of Euro 2024, who clinched the title of best national team coach of 2024.

Émerse Faé took charge of the Elephants after Jean-Louis Gasset was dismissed at the end of the group stage, and then guided his team to triumph at AFCON 2023, defeating Nigeria in the final.
