On the morning of Tuesday, March 11, 2025, the Lille club shared photos of the 23-year-old winger participating in team training in preparation for hosting Borussia Dortmund in the second leg of the Champions League last 16, scheduled for March 12, 2025, at 6:45 PM.

The return of Osame Sahraoui thus provides an additional option for coach Bruno Genesio to bolster the team's attacking sector. Before his injury, he had tallied 3 goals and 3 assists in Ligue 1 after 21 appearances.
