The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) has reached a verbal agreement with Thiago Pitarch Pinar, a young talent from Real Madrid of Moroccan-Spanish descent, to strengthen the Under-18 Atlas Lions during the training camp scheduled for March.

Morocco is looking to bolster its team with talents possessing dual nationality, similar to iconic players like Achraf Hakimi, Brahim Diaz, Youssef Lakhdim, and others who have chosen to represent the country of their parents' origin.

• At 17 years old, Thiago plays as a midfielder. He hails from the city of Al-Hoceïma, located in northeastern Morocco.
  
• He began his career at Atlético Madrid's academy before moving on to Getafe, Leganés, and finally the prestigious Real Madrid.
  
• This season, he has played two matches in the Youth Champions League with Real Madrid, already proving his potential at the highest level.
  
• Although he has never played with the Spanish national teams, he has chosen to represent Morocco and has received an official invitation from the Moroccan Federation to join the Atlas Lions training camp in Spain.
