Benfica manager Jose Mourinho named his starting line-up for the crucial Champions League playoff tie against Real Madrid.

Champions League context

Real Madrid reached the playoff round after finishing ninth in the league phase standings with 15 point. Benfica also secured a playoff place ending the phase in 24th position with nine point.

The two side met in the eighth and final round of the league phase where Real Madrid suffered 4-2 defeat at Estadio da Luz.

Second leg at the Bernabeu
