World Cup 2026 (Q): Guinea sharpens its weapons in Abidjan

Guinea has a significant opportunity during this international break in March 2025. Aware of this, the Syli National quickly began preparations ahead of facing their next two opponents in the 5th and 6th matchdays of the World Cup 2026 qualifiers. Indeed, Michel Dussuyer's squad has already arrived in Abidjan and started training since Monday.

The goal for the Guinean team is to be in top form before the upcoming challenges. Guinea will face Somalia on March 21 in Abidjan before flying to Kampala, where they will take on Uganda on March 24. The Syli National is currently 4th in Group D with 6 points.
