World Cup 2026 Qualifiers: Nicolas Dupuis reveals South Sudan's provisional squad

Head coach Nicolas Dupuis announced this Wednesday, March 5, 2025, the provisional list of the national team of South Sudan against the Democratic Republic and Sudan.

The Bright Stars of South Sudan are set to face the Leopards of DR Congo and the Nile Crocodiles of Sudan on March 21 and 25. These two matches will take place as part of the 5th and 6th rounds of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. Just weeks before the big day, coach Nicolas Dupuis has presented his first list of 31 players called up for the occasion, including several local talents. Notably, there are seven players from Juma FC in the Bright Stars squad.
