Black Queens head coach Kim Lars Bjorkegren released on Monday, June 30, the official squad list for the 2024 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations, set to take place from July 5 to 26 in Morocco. Ghana is gearing up for the tournament with a balanced squad, blending local talents and internationals.

The Swedish tactician has selected 24 players following the final training camp in Morocco. The team wrapped up their stay in Benslimane with two wins in three matches. The Ghanaians defeated Malawi (3-1) and Benin (4-2), before falling to Nigeria (3-1). In the quest for their first continental title, the Swedish coach has chosen a well-balanced group, anchored by seasoned veterans and promising young players from the national league.
