Despite the immense disappointment caused by Brazil's elimination in the round of 16 of this 2026 World Cup against Norway, Carlo Ancelotti will remain at the helm as head coach of the Seleção.

The Italian tactician will continue his project through to the 2030 World Cup. Deeply affected by this unexpected setback, the former Real Madrid coach admitted the pain of defeat on his social media, while making it clear he is determined to keep building a team capable of bouncing back in the coming years.

"Today, the pain is immense. But our confidence in what we are building remains unshakable. We will keep working for our national team. Always together. Always Brazil!" he wrote on Instagram.
