Abdeslam Ouaddou recognizes the importance of integrating one of his players in the future!
Kabelo Dlamini may not have seen any match action for Orlando Pirates so far this season, but behind closed doors his dedication and work ethic have apparently not gone unnoticed.
The seasoned midfielder has been putting in the hours on the training ground, eager to catch the eye of head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou and force his way into the starting picture.
According to those close to the situation, both his attitude and his commitment have made a real impression on the coaching staff.

Attention has been drawn to Dlamini's predicament, especially in the wake of Patrick Maswanganyi's exit, with the latter sealing a switch to Bahrain Premier League outfit Alkhaldiya Sports Club back in August. Maswanganyi's departure had fuelled speculation that Dlamini might finally be handed a larger role in the Buccaneers' engine room.
Ouaddou, however, has kept his options open, turning to younger talents such as Simphiwe Masilela and Thapelo Mokobodi as part of his squad rotation. Meanwhile, Dlamini — who has been steadily rebuilding his fitness after a long spell on the sidelines through injury — is said to be keeping his head down, determined to be ready the moment his chance comes along.
Although the midfielder has not yet taken to the field in a competitive fixture this term, his wealth of experience and quality could still provide Pirates with a valuable alternative as the campaign unfolds. For the time being, the 30-year-old must keep grinding away in his bid to win over the technical team, with places in the Soweto giants' line-up as fiercely contested as ever.
