Al Ahly: Emam Ashour to receive the same salary as Zizo
The Egyptian club Al Ahly plans to reward its key player Emam Ashour following his recent impressive performances in the CAF Champions League.
According to the TV channel ON Time Sports 1, the African football giant has entered negotiations with its valuable midfielder to extend his contract by two more years, until 2030.

In return, the player will enjoy a salary increase identical to that of the new recruit Ahmed Sayed, known as Zizo.
Unless there is a spectacular turn of events, the new contract is expected to be signed after the second leg against Mamelodi Sundowns, in the CAF Champions League semi-finals.

In 78 matches played with the Cairo club, across all competitions, the former Al Zamalek player has scored 26 goals and provided 15 assists.
