With his contract set to expire in June 2026, Hussein El Shahat’s future at Al Ahly remains uncertain. However, the Cairo club’s management is determined to keep him in their ranks.

Since joining the club in 2019 from Emirati side Al-Ain, the 33-year-old has become one of the most experienced players, having contributed significantly to the Red Devils’ successes.
