Atalanta close to completing the signing of Ghanaian Sulemana

Italian club Atalanta is on the verge of finalizing the signing of talented Ghanaian winger Kamaldeen Sulemana (23), currently playing for Southampton in England.

Atalanta on the verge of signing Sulemana for €17M

According to reliable sources, Atalanta has submitted an official offer of around €17 million to convince Southampton to let the player go during this summer transfer window.

Negotiations between the two clubs are now at an advanced stage. Atalanta is looking to bolster its attack with a fast and skillful player like Sulemana, regarded as one of the top African prospects in his position.

This season, Sulemana has played 25 matches in all competitions for Southampton, providing two assists, although he has yet to score.

As a reminder, Kamaldeen Sulemana (22) joined Southampton from French side Rennes during the 2023 winter transfer window. He has also earned 20 caps for the Ghana national team.
