Benfica sets sights on Anis Hadj Moussa

Benfica Lisbon have reportedly set their sights on Anis Hadj Moussa. According to Dutch outlet 1908.nl, the Portuguese club has entered into talks with the 23-year-old Algerian right winger, who is currently under contract with Feyenoord until June 2029.

The player’s profile is particularly appealing to the Lisbon board, who see him as a potential successor to Angel Di Maria, whose time at the club is coming to an end. Technically gifted, explosive, and with a keen eye for goal, Hadj Moussa ticks several boxes for a squad built for attacking football.

Having been made aware of Benfica's interest, Feyenoord expects to receive a formal offer in the coming weeks. The Dutch club, keen to maximize the value of their asset, is not expected to let their player go on the cheap. Negotiations could therefore begin soon. This story is one to watch.
