On Saturday night, PSG made French football history by winning the Champions League for the second year in a row.

This Sunday, Didier Deschamps, head coach of the French national team, extended his congratulations to PSG.

"It's magnificent! Congratulations to PSG for winning the Champions League two years in a row. This is another victory for French football, and I can only applaud them. The five PSG players joining us now have another title under their belts, even though we already have three players—Lucas Digne, Maxence Lacroix, and Jean-Philippe Mateta—who have claimed a European Cup. France is shining in every competition," he said with a smile to Téléfoot.
