Egypt Cup: Fiston Mayele leads Pyramids to the final !

In great form, Fiston Mayele continues to impress! After shining in the jersey of the DR Congo Leopards midweek, the Congolese striker guided Pyramids FC to the Egypt Cup final. On Friday, the Cairo club dominated National Bank Egypt with a resounding 4-0 victory.

It was Mayele who started the hostilities as early as the 13th minute. Well-positioned in the box, he headed home a perfectly delivered free-kick by Mostafa Fathi, deceiving the opposing goalkeeper and setting his team on the right track. Video:

With this brilliant victory, Pyramids FC thus joins Zamalek in the final of the competition. On the same day, the "White Knights" booked their ticket by beating Ceramica Cleopatra 2-1.

Already a scorer in this cup, Mayele will be eager to lead his team to a national triumph. The final promises to be an exciting duel between Pyramids and Zamalek, two serious contenders for the Egyptian title.
