"Paradou has always relied on young players. However, their development has been incredible—some even switched positions to become more effective. But among the four players who proved their ability to compete at the highest level in Europe, Hicham Boudaoui (OGC Nice) is the one who impressed me the most," Chaló revealed in an exclusive interview with Foot Africa.

"There was a tremendous amount of work done in a great team spirit. In the Confederation Cup, we made it through three rounds, including knocking out Club Sportif Sfaxien, the record holders of titles in the competition, before reaching the group stage," he continued.
For the record, Boudaoui left Paradou in 2019 after AFCON to join the French side OGC Nice.
