Keita Baldé: "Radamel Falcao is an exceptional man"
Interview
They only shared a single season together at AS Monaco, but that was enough to forge a powerful bond. In a recent interview, Keita Baldé reflected on his relationship with Radamel Falcao, his former teammate.
Speaking to El After de Post United, the Senegalese international was full of praise for the Colombian striker:
Radamel Falcao is a true friend. From my very first day at Monaco, he came to me, welcomed me, gave me his number. He's a phenomenon.
The two played 22 matches together, sharing more than 1,200 minutes on the pitch. For Keita Baldé, the legendary striker remains a role model both on and off the field:
He is one of the best I've played with. He has class, charisma, and a lot of humanity.
Despite recent criticism in Colombia, especially after Millonarios were eliminated, Falcao's aura remains untouched among those who played alongside him. While his future is still uncertain, Keita sums it up in a single phrase: "Falcao means respect."
