Olympique Lyonnais are engaged in official negotiations with Real Madrid to secure the loan of their young Brazilian striker Endrick.

The French club is looking to bring the Madrid wonderkid in on a six-month loan, lasting until the end of the season.

As of now, no final agreement has been reached between the two clubs, and talks with the Spanish side are ongoing.

Romano: "Endrick is open to a loan move to Lyon!"

According to European transfer market specialist Fabrizio Romano, negotiations began as part of the winter transfer window, with the French club aiming to explore every option to bring in the young forward.

Romano adds that the player is looking to leave Real Madrid and is positive about Lyon's offer, which is being considered as a loan until the end of the season.

The journalist also noted on his official X page that Endrick will consider all his options next month.

It's worth noting that the 19-year-old officially joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2024 from Palmeiras, but remains out of Xabi Alonso's plans despite being available to play.
