Mercato: Pyramids set Fiston Mayele's price tag

Congo striker Fiston Mayele of Pyramids is on the radar of Saudi club Al-Fateh, who are keen to sign him during this summer transfer window.

According to Egyptian media, negotiations between the two clubs have already begun. The Egyptian side is demanding $3 million to let their 31-year-old forward leave.

The Saudi club believes the Egyptian camp's asking price is inflated and that the player is not worth that amount.

Pyramids have triggered the option to extend Mayele's contract for an additional year, even though the player himself has made it clear he wants a new challenge this summer.
