Napoli: Uncertainty surrounds Zambo Anguissa ahead of Milan showdown!

As the clash between Napoli and AC Milan approaches, counting for the 30th day of Serie A, Antonio Conte has assessed the form of his squad, with particular attention given to the Cameroonian maestro André Zambo Anguissa.

The midfielder of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, who suffered an adductor injury, has recently resumed group training after a rehabilitation period.

Thus, in a press conference, his coach Antonio Conte confirmed his gradual return but insisted on the caution to be exercised:

"Anguissa felt some discomfort in the adductor, he is back and has participated in two sessions, but we must closely monitor his progress." His inclusion in the starting eleven will therefore depend on his feelings during the final sessions.

This uncertainty complicates Conte’s tactical choices against an always unpredictable Milan team. The Napoli coach emphasized the importance of fielding only players at 100% for this key encounter.

The medical staff will therefore continue to evaluate Anguissa until the last moment to determine if he can start or if he will have to settle for a place on the bench. The next few hours will be decisive in setting Napoli’s strategy.
