RC Lens has secured a new signing. Mamadou Sangaré has officially put pen to paper.

RC Lens welcomes a fresh recruit. The club from Artois has landed the young Malian midfielder Mamadou Sangaré. He officially signed on the evening of Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

"Bringing drive to the midfield! A talented midfielder who broke out last season with Rapid Vienna in the Austrian top flight, Mamadou Sangaré (23) signs with Racing for the next five seasons. A tireless ball-winner, he has 17 appearances in European competitions and 6 caps for Mali. He will wear the number 8 for the Blood and Gold," the club statement reads.
