OM: things are moving for Hamed Junior Traoré
This summer, Olympique de Marseille is on the hunt for explosive wingers. The Marseille side reportedly has their eye on young Ivorian international Hamed Junior Traoré.
In this transfer window, Olympique de Marseille is actively searching for a winger, or even two. According to Corriere dello Sport on Monday, the Phocean club has submitted an offer of €12 million plus bonuses to Bournemouth for Ivorian winger Hamed Junior Traoré. The Cherries are said to be asking for €16 million to let their player leave.
OM could be beaten to the punch, however, as that sum doesn't deter Fiorentina, who are looking for a winger to fit into new coach Stefano Pioli's 4-2-3-1 system. Parma and Sassuolo are also keeping close tabs on the winger, who knows Serie A well after spells at Empoli, Sassuolo, and Napoli. Sunderland is reportedly watching him closely as well.
Loaned out last season by the English club to AJ Auxerre, Traoré enjoyed a strong campaign in Burgundy, netting 10 goals and providing 2 assists in 26 Ligue 1 matches.
