Anthony Gordon's future could be taking shape far from Newcastle United. Despite a contract running until 2030, the English winger is eager for a change of scenery and has reportedly already informed the club management of his desire to take on a new challenge.

According to The Telegraph, several European heavyweights are closely monitoring the situation, notably Bayern Munich and Arsenal FC. But Newcastle has no intention of letting their star go on the cheap and is said to be demanding upwards of €90 million to even consider a transfer.

Still according to The Telegraph, Gordon is keen to clarify his future before the World Cup. This is set to become a red-hot transfer saga, as the English club's financial demands could well deter potential suitors.

For the record, Anthony Gordon has racked up 17 goals and 5 assists in 46 appearances across all competitions for Newcastle United this season.
