After a season marked by impressive and consistent performances, the Super Eagles forward etched his name on the prestigious Sam English Bowl, awarded to the top scorer of the Scottish club. Cyriel Dessers netted 24 goals in 51 appearances, including 13 goals in the Scottish Premiership. With these figures, he led his club's scoring chart and ranked 4th in the top scorers list of the Scottish top division.

Arriving in the summer of 2023 from Cremonese, Cyriel Dessers had already made his mark in his first year with Rangers FC by scoring 22 goals during the 2023/2024 campaign, despite numerous critics.
