Real Madrid: Kylian Mbappé, the big return

Good news coming from Valdebebas. On the eve of the trip to Alavés, Kylian Mbappé has rejoined full training with Real Madrid, putting to rest any concerns raised by his absence in the last European fixture. The Merengue club regains its star just as a crucial stretch of the schedule approaches.

Rested against Manchester City in the Champions League, the French forward was given precautionary treatment after experiencing knee discomfort. The Madrid staff decided to take no risks, opting to leave Mbappé on the bench for a match that ultimately ended in a 2-1 defeat.

Having made a sensational start to the season, Mbappé already boasts top-tier statistics. In 21 appearances across all competitions, he has scored 25 goals and provided four assists, cementing his central role in Real’s attacking setup.
