This summer, the French national team will kick off their 2026 World Cup campaign on June 16 against Senegal. For this highly anticipated clash, Didier Deschamps already has his starting eleven in mind.

"Of course I have it in my head, yes... But you never know. There are still two games to go before then, and anything can happen. They all want to be starters. We'll be careful about the frustration that might cause. Given the specific circumstances in the United States, with the gaps between each match, we'll learn more as we go. You probably have an idea too. Out of eleven, you'd probably get the average," hinted the Les Bleus manager at the press conference.

France will play two warm-up matches. The first is scheduled for this Thursday (9:10 pm) against Ivory Coast. They'll also face Northern Ireland next Monday (9:10 pm).
